About the role

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a motivated individual to work on high‑speed printing machinery alongside experienced No.2 Printers. You will receive training and development to master the equipment while ensuring top‑tier print quality on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to set rollers and operate Wifag Reel stands and strip stations independently.
• Monitor production quality and flag any issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material problems to keep presses running.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑run checks, maintain housekeeping, and meet production schedules without delays.
• Communicate production output and performance with the No.2 Printer and Shift Managers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally conscious workspace in line with site policies.

• Enjoy practical, hands‑on work and handling technical tasks in a production environment.
• Reliable team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines.
