Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Warrington. You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate both manual and automated equipment throughout the production process.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Complete documentation in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, material handling and other cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support continuous improvement initiatives using the PPI system.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing, production or a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working with hazardous materials.
• Awareness of COSHH and cleanroom procedures is preferred.

• Stable Monday‑Thursday 7:15 am‑4:00 pm, Friday 7:15 am‑11:45 am schedule – no weekend shifts.
