Machine Operator – Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

About the role
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our Leighton Buzzard manufacturing site on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role involves operating production and moulding equipment to produce high‑quality components for a global customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production and moulding machinery according to specifications.
- Carry out quality inspections throughout the shift.
- Complete production and quality paperwork accurately.
- Handle materials, including manual lifting, and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Reliable, punctual and able to start immediately.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
