Macro Strategy Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Macro Strategy Analyst to help train AI Assistant models for finance professionals. You will evaluate AI‑generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring they are logical, accurate, and useful.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance each model version.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and assess their performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in the United Kingdom and able to work as an independent contractor.
