About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a part‑time Maintenance Assistant, helping to keep our residential facilities safe, comfortable and well‑maintained for residents and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out minor repairs, DIY tasks and general upkeep of buildings and communal areas.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, implementing procedures and reporting any hazards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Support housekeeping and facility cleanliness as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Word and email.
