Maintenance Coordinator (Production Site)

About the role

This role ensures the production environment runs safely, smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance for operational equipment, supporting high‑quality product delivery while fostering a supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Prioritise work orders, communicate priorities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with site leaders, engineers and external partners.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic discipline.
• Proven ability to work with data and systems to monitor performance.
• Experience coaching or supporting colleagues and influencing stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who builds trust and promotes an inclusive environment.
