Maintenance Electrician

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join an established team of trade professionals on a large commercial estate in Edinburgh. The role involves mobile, on‑site work across a variety of commercial properties, providing both reactive and planned electrical services.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out electrical inspections, testing, repairs and routine maintenance on office blocks, leisure facilities and multi‑use accommodation.
- Perform emergency‑light testing, rewiring projects and other reactive maintenance tasks in line with specifications.
- Collaborate with other trades and interact professionally with members of the public.
- Drive and operate the company work vehicle safely while travelling between sites.
Required profile
- Time‑served electrician holding a valid ECS Gold card (grade Electrician or above).
- Experience in a maintenance environment preferred, with a solid understanding of commercial electrical systems.
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points or endorsements.
