Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift, Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our established engineering team on a permanent day‑shift basis. You will work in a modern manufacturing environment that is investing heavily in new machinery, ensuring the role goes beyond routine firefighting.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plant equipment.
• Perform fault finding and reactive repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain safe and efficient production operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role.
• Ability to fault‑find and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment.
