Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus to join our manufacturing team in Mexborough. The role involves ensuring plant reliability through preventive maintenance and rapid response to equipment failures.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and document all activities.
• Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns, applying root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and train colleagues on new equipment.

Required profile

• Level 3 (City & Guilds or NVQ) or higher qualification in Electrical Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
