Maintenance Engineer (Ex-Forces) – Exeter

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a forces background to join our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Exeter. You will work on a variety of production machinery, carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to keep the plant running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment.
• Execute planned, preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Required profile

• Previous service in the armed forces and a desire to transition into manufacturing.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Ability to commute to Exeter.
• All engineering skill levels are encouraged to apply.
