About the role
First Military Recruitment is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a client in Hounslow. The role involves both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks and welcomes applicants with military experience.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled maintenance visits, repairs and breakdowns.
- Install and commission equipment as instructed.
- Ensure all work complies with company procedures, safety policies and required time frames.
Required profile
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving capability.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player for multi‑person activities.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications.
- Experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of £35,000‑£45,000 per annum.
