Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Join ADM's Maintenance Engineering Team on a rotating shift schedule, supporting both early and late shifts across the week. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Manager with continuous improvement initiatives to extend machine life and boost efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Execute corrective actions to resolve equipment issues.
• Liaise with other departments to minimise downtime and prioritise engineering problems.
• Complete accurate documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Support facilities maintenance and development projects.

Required profile

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with GMP‑regulated facilities such as BRC, ISO 9001 or similar (desirable).
• Strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams to operate the ERP system.
• Interest in emerging technologies and equipment.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and adaptability.
• Multiskilled engineer with an electrical focus.
