Maintenance Manager – Commercial Fit Out

About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the commercial fit‑out division of a fast‑growing construction business. You will have full autonomy over where and when you work while ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from hospitals to universities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update site programmes in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Assist in planning and programming the initial set‑up of new sites.
- Oversee both reactive and planned maintenance activities across multiple locations.
- Visit sites regularly, monitor progress and report findings to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in maintenance scheduling or a similar role.
- Ability to commute to Croydon and surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Maintenance scheduling.
- Reactive maintenance management.
- Planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
- Site programme coordination.
