About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer with an electrical or mechanical background to lead the engineering function at a well‑established manufacturing business. The role involves overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing engineers and contractors, and driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Key responsibilities

Lead the site maintenance and engineering function.
Manage PPM schedules, plant reliability and continuous improvement projects.
Oversee engineers, contractors and maintenance activities across the site.

Required profile

Maintenance Manager / Lead Engineer / Senior Maintenance Engineer.
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
Experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
Commutable to Houghton Le Spring.

Required skills
