Maintenance Plumber

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join a Facilities Management team responsible for planned and preventative plumbing work on a large site in Wythenshawe. The position is a long‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent and offers clear progression routes.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and preventative plumbing maintenance across the site.
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.
• Perform all work safely and in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with on‑site customers.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance.
• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience is desirable.
• Good knowledge of water systems, heating systems and general building services.
• Availability to start immediately.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £21 per hour (time‑and‑a‑half for overtime).
• 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.
