Maintenance Scheduler – Commercial Fit Out

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join a leading commercial fit‑out business. You will work closely with senior management and contracts managers to keep site programmes on track and support the rollout of new projects across hospitals, schools and universities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update site programmes in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Assist in planning and programming the initial set‑up of new sites.
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities.
- Visit multiple sites, monitor progress and report back to the Contracts Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in maintenance scheduling or a similar role.
- Ability to commute to Croydon and surrounding areas.

- Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per year.
