Major Accounts Executive

About the role

Stride Resource Management is seeking a seasoned Major Accounts Executive to manage and grow relationships with some of the UK’s most sophisticated corporate clients. This senior position focuses on delivering strategic insurance advice to FTSE 250 and upper‑mid‑market organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high‑value corporate clients, providing advisory and placement services.
• Engage directly with C‑suite stakeholders to assess risk and design tailored insurance programmes.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within FTSE 250 and comparable segments.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver solutions across global, financial lines and specialty risks.
• Mentor junior members of the corporate team and contribute to overall client strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing major or multinational accounts, preferably in a top‑tier broking environment.
• Strong technical understanding of complex commercial insurance lines.
• Excellent board‑level communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially sharp, ambitious and able to drive growth while maintaining high service standards.
