Make-up Artist Consultant – 30 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a talented Make‑up Artist Consultant to join our Shoreham store. You will combine creative and technical expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one make‑up consultations and product recommendations.
• Deliver in‑store events and demonstrations that showcase our prestige beauty range.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale software and handle transactions accurately.
• Work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.

• Creative, technically skilled and passionate about people.
