Male Support Worker – Full‑time (Swindon)

About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Male Support Worker for its supported living service in Swindon. This full‑time, permanent role involves providing personal care, teaching life‑skills and encouraging community participation for the people we support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily personal care and hygiene.
• Teach and reinforce new life‑skills to promote independence.
• Support community outings, social activities, arts & crafts, cinema, bowling and other leisure events.
• Work flexible shifts, including early, late, long‑day and overnight "sleep‑in" patterns, seven days a week.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Genuine caring attitude and passion for enhancing quality of life.
• Willingness to be fully flexible with shift patterns, including overnight sleeps.
• Ability to work without prior experience, provided you have a strong desire to learn.
