Management Accountant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing technology group as a Management Accountant. You will work within the Group Finance team, supporting multiple entities and helping shape financial decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month‑end reporting for the group.
• Prepare management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
• Complete balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Support group consolidations, inter‑company reconciliations and adjustments.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with corporation tax requirements.
• Assist internal and external audit processes.
• Build strong relationships with operational, commercial and technology teams.
• Contribute to finance system and process improvements.

Required profile

• ACCA or CIMA qualification – newly qualified or part‑qualified.
• Three to five years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience preparing month‑end reports and supporting statutory requirements.
• Exposure to audits, tax returns and financial controls.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
