Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team. You will deliver key accounting services, prepare management reports and statutory disclosures while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and statutory reports.
• Develop cash‑flow forecasts and support budget planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead or support special projects at client request.
• Coach, mentor and motivate junior team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and business development.

Required profile

• Fully qualified finance professional or finalist with practice or industry experience.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to produce management accounts and statutory reporting under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
