Management Accountant

About the role
We are a high‑growth fintech operating in the insurance sector, looking for a Management Accountant to own our Accounts Payable function, support month‑end close, and drive process improvements across a multi‑entity environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)
- Run domestic and international payment cycles
- Support month‑end close activities including journals, accruals, pre‑payments and reconciliations
- Manage revenue and invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
- Assist with audit preparation and maintain strong financial controls
- Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements
- Identify and implement efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Strong AP and month‑end experience in a multi‑entity environment
- Exposure to audit processes and a controls‑focused mindset
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑growth business
