Management Accountant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing property developer in Redhill as a Management Accountant. This hands‑on position offers exposure to management accounts, audit, VAT, CIS, cash flow and live development projects, working closely with senior finance colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Support year‑end audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Assist with VAT returns and CIS compliance.
• Prepare journals, reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and site‑level performance reporting.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Recently qualified ACA from practice, or finalist/qualified CIMA/ACCA from industry.
• Good grounding in financial reporting and year‑end accounting.
• Ideally some exposure to the real‑estate sector.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
