Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team in Crawley. The role is fully office‑based and focuses on producing, analysing and improving financial data and reports, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and support the month‑end close.
• Complete balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Produce and enhance reports using NetSuite, reducing manual Excel workarounds.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial performance.
• Work with high‑volume transactional and payment provider data.
• Identify data quality issues and help improve processes and controls.
• Collaborate closely with the wider finance team and operational stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and month‑end processes.
• Confidence using NetSuite for reporting and data handling.
• Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience – professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Commercially minded with a passion for systems and process improvement.
