Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a fast‑growing multi‑service professional practice supporting international clients across the UK. The role offers a sociable, flexible environment with opportunities for training, progression and varied client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
• Produce accurate financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Carry out inter‑company reconciliations in multiple currencies.
• Complete VAT returns and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Assist with year‑end procedures and liaise with team members.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and support senior staff.

Required profile

• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA trainee with relevant practice experience.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Motivation to develop accounting expertise.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Xero.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
