About the role
We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a leading West Yorkshire business. The role offers genuine progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Analyse company performance and provide insight
- Meet strict reporting deadlines
- Simplify and streamline accounting procedures
- Maintain internal controls and balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Previous experience in management accounting preferred
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset
