Management Accountant – Temporary (Media & Agency)

About the role

This temporary position offers a skilled Management Accountant the chance to join a Media & Agency team in Tunbridge Wells. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and analysis to support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Support the preparation of year‑end financial statements and audits.
• Monitor cash flow and deliver regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accountancy accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant.
• Ability to prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of balance‑sheet reconciliation and general ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with year‑end statements and audit support.
• Capability to monitor cash flow and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Effective collaboration across departments.
• Availability to start on short notice.
