Management Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

Efficio is seeking a Management Consultant who is fluent in French to join its London headquarters. You will work on procurement and supply‑chain projects for clients across the UK and Europe, with opportunities to travel globally. The role combines data‑driven analysis with strategic advisory to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and interpret client data to support solution development.
• Conduct data analysis, identify issues and generate insightful findings.
• Manage workstreams across multiple categories, both simple and complex.
• Guide junior consultants, ensuring adherence to Efficio methodologies.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and secure buy‑in for strategies.
• Set strategic direction, solve complex problems and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Plan, implement and monitor sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Participate in recruitment of junior talent.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, empathy and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in a leading management consultancy or a relevant industry role.
