Management Controller Internship (Full-Time)

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Management Controller Intern to support the finance team for its Northern Europe operations. This 6‑month, full‑time internship will involve financial analysis, budgeting and reporting, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily and monthly sales data, P&L templates and other financial outputs.
• Assist in monthly commercial analysis covering sales, margin, staff and communication expenses.
• Support Financial Accountants during monthly and quarterly closing processes and review financial statements.
• Compare actual costs against budgets, highlight overspend areas and prepare revision reports for store management.
• Analyse key performance indicators such as sales by nationality, product category and best‑sellers on a monthly basis.
• Contribute to the budgeting process and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Assist with reconciliation tasks within the Finance Department and undertake ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated and proactive with strong social and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with an analytical mindset.
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with SAP.
• Previous experience in finance is a plus.
