Management & L&D Trainer

About the role

We are partnering with a nationally recognised training provider to deliver high‑quality apprenticeships and professional development programmes across the UK. The Management & L&D Trainer will design and deliver engaging virtual and blended learning experiences for Leadership, Management, HR, Learning & Development and Coaching apprenticeships at Levels 3, 4, 5 and 7.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual and blended learning sessions for apprentices and commercial learners.
• Coach, mentor and assess learners throughout their journey, providing constructive feedback.
• Mark assignments, monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate learner records and support internal teams to enhance the learner experience.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS, Level 4 Award in Education and Training, or Level 3 progressing to Level 4).
• Experience delivering Leadership & Management, HR, L&D or Coaching programmes, preferably in an apprenticeship or adult‑learning context.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Maths and English at Level 2 or above.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent management qualification.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment requirements.

Required skills

• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, QTS).
• CIPD Level 5 or comparable management credential.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and assessment processes.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working model with occasional attendance at the London office (approximately six days per year).
• Full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) within a growing, supportive team.
