About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop relationships with local business partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, manage costs and contribute to financial performance.
• Oversee fleet operations, plan logistics and support strategic performance improvements.
• Mentor and train junior staff, leading a team as you progress towards a managerial role.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
