Management Trainee – Brighton

About the role

As a Management Trainee with Enterprise Mobility in Brighton, you will join a fast‑growing, family‑owned mobility business and begin a fast‑track pathway towards branch management. The two‑year programme combines hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, supported by formal training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners and promoting the brand.
• Assist with financial control tasks such as cost monitoring, profit‑and‑loss analysis and budgeting.
• Support operational functions including fleet management, logistics planning and performance monitoring.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to staff development and team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offences in the past five years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Customer‑service orientation.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Fundamental financial awareness (cost control, P&L).
• Operational and logistical insight.
