Management Trainee – Bristol

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious individuals to join its Management Trainee programme in Bristol. This full‑time role offers hands‑on exposure to every facet of our retail operations, from customer service to finance, with the aim of preparing you for a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control, including cost management and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
• Participate in fleet and logistics management, contributing to strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, taking responsibility for training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
