Management Trainee – Chester

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme in Chester, giving you the chance to develop leadership skills across customer service, sales, finance and operations, with the aim of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Engage with local business partners, support sales and marketing initiatives and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive performance.
• Mentor and develop team members, taking on leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
