Management Trainee – Fast‑track to Branch Manager

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Portsmouth. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through core business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that can lead to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand financial mechanics, monitor cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning and operational logistics.
• Mentor and train team members, taking on leadership responsibilities as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
