About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Management Training Programme at the London Heathrow branch. This full‑time, on‑site role offers immediate start and fast‑track progression to branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Analyse financial performance, manage cost control and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Oversee fleet operations, strategic planning and daily logistics.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with opportunities to promote others as you grow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
