About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Bournemouth. As a Management Trainee you will receive hands‑on experience across all core business areas and fast‑track your progression towards a branch manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit & loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan strategically and drive performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you advance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
