Management Trainee – Immediate Start

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and start a fast‑track career in retail mobility. You will work in a branch environment, gaining hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, finance and operations while being prepared for a future branch‑manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Understand and monitor financial performance, cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Assist with fleet management, logistics planning and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to manage a team as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
