Management Trainee – Immediate Start (Maidstone/Gillingham)

About the role

As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key functions, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations, with the aim of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning and operational logistics.
• Mentor and train team members, taking on leadership responsibilities as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree (professional experience may substitute).
• Full manual UK driving licence (reasonable adjustments available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record within the last period.
• Motivation to develop a career in retail mobility and leadership.
