Management Trainee – Newcastle

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Newcastle branch. The programme offers a fast‑track path to branch manager, giving you hands‑on experience across all core business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand financial performance, manage costs and analyse profit and loss statements.
• Assist with fleet management, planning and operational logistics.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to manage staff as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant professional experience accepted).
• Full manual UK driving licence (reasonable adjustments available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offence on driving record in the past five years.
