Management Trainee – Retail Operations (Colchester/Clacton/Braintree)

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to lead a retail branch. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations. The programme aims to fast‑track high‑potential individuals to branch manager positions within as little as two years.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – handle reservations, resolve enquiries and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing – connect with local business partners, grow networks and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability – understand cost control, interpret profit and loss statements and support financial decision‑making.
• Operations and Logistics – manage fleet planning, strategic scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Leadership and Development – mentor and train team members, with opportunities to manage and promote staff as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offence on driving record in the last five years.
