Management Trainee – Slough & Bracknell

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to become a branch manager within two years. You will work in a supportive, hands‑on environment across our retail operations in Slough and Bracknell.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow networks.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with opportunities to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
