About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious individuals to join its Management Training Programme in Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience that prepares you for a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Analyse financial performance, control costs and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience accepted.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the last five years.
