About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme in Swindon. The role gives you hands‑on experience across all core business areas and fast‑tracks high‑potential talent towards branch management within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Oversee fleet operations, strategic planning and logistics to drive performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
