Management Trainee – Taunton / Yeovil

About the role

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our Management Training Programme in Taunton (and Yeovil). As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key areas of our retail operation, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations, with the aim of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Assist in fleet management, logistics planning and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, taking on increasing people‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
