Manager, Forensic Accounting (Disputes, Investigations, Valuations)

About the role

Quantuma Advisory Limited, part of K3 Advisory Group, is recruiting an experienced Forensic Accountant to join its Disputes, Investigations and Valuations team in Manchester on a hybrid basis. The team has grown significantly and receives work from UK and overseas law firms, covering disputes such as shareholder, M&A and breach of contract cases, as well as personal injury, matrimonial, compulsory purchase, fraud and criminal matters. Quantuma is merging with KR8 Advisory in the coming months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the named experts and senior staff on cases, with autonomy and career development support.
• Obtain and analyse financial information and research companies, businesses and industry sectors.
• Prepare parts of expert reports and other written reports for legal proceedings or for advice to solicitors and clients.
• Liaise with solicitors, barristers and clients as part of litigation support.
• Help develop and train junior staff, take part in marketing events and support directors and managers as needed.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in forensic accounting, ideally within a recognised disputes or valuations practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong MS Office skills.
