Manager, Partnership Delivery

About the role

Join Liverpool FC as a Manager, Partnership Delivery and support the Senior Partnerships Managers in driving the day‑to‑day management of club partners. You will help partners achieve their marketing and partnership objectives while coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular interaction with partner contacts, building strong relationships and travelling as required.
• Deliver accurate reporting for a portfolio of partners, using statistics to brief partners on global reach and KPI performance.
• Identify key KPIs with each partner and produce case‑studies for campaign projects.
• Support 360° account management including planning, delivery, measurement, financial reporting and feedback.
• Implement creative marketing activation plans that generate tangible ROI for partners.
• Stay up‑to‑date with partner industry trends and competitive markets.
• Collaborate with other club departments and assist with renewal and new‑business discussions.
• Manage additional projects, contributing to financial and budget tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related subject or equivalent experience in partnership/sponsorship.
• Proven experience in sports marketing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns, brand trends and a methodical, detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build senior‑level client relationships.
• Ability to work under time pressure, meet project deadlines and provide clear instructions.
