Manager – Procurement & Operational Strategy

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager to lead procurement and operational strategy initiatives for its clients. You will work within the Operational Strategy practice, delivering pragmatic, results‑oriented solutions that improve efficiency and drive performance across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic procurement transformations and operational improvements.
• Develop and implement cost‑transformation, procurement optimisation, and transaction‑value creation programmes.
• Lead project workstreams or contribute as a senior team member on large, multi‑disciplinary engagements.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify quick‑win opportunities and ensure sustainable growth.
• Support new‑business development by qualifying targets, contributing to pitches, and preparing go‑to‑market collateral.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in procurement, operational strategy, or management consulting.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, able to build credibility with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex workstreams, and deliver high‑impact outcomes.
