Manager, Product Integration

About the role

The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team, part of Mastercard’s Global Customer Delivery & Care organization, is looking for a Manager, Product Integration. You will develop end‑to‑end servicing and integration solutions across Delivery and Care teams, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to create streamlined, global processes that enhance customer and team experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with product teams, scope project requirements and map them to operational tasks for support.
• Ensure consistency and delivery of service design processes across verticals.
• Manage complex initiatives, identify automation opportunities and simplify processes.
• Lead merger and acquisition, localization and PACE initiatives across regions.
• Partner with B2B support and delivery teams to provide knowledge, tools, processes and documentation.
• Develop coordinated training approaches for regional teams on products and implementation processes.
• Lead product integration through the global Studio process in collaboration with product owners and technology teams.
• Support global initiatives to enhance GPE standards, methodology and efficiency.
• Collaborate with partners to enable integrated, automated, scalable tools and reporting.
• Conduct regular business reviews with product, B2B and technology teams on performance and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in processing programs and understanding customer dynamics within the payments ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives across a matrixed organization and deliver presentations influencing senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate business and technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to teach and train diverse audiences.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, manage flexible hours and support global teams.
• Project management accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and certifications in process design, Six Sigma or SAFe are a plus.
