Manager, Tech for Good Partnerships & Employee Activation

About the role

AVEVA is launching a new “Tech for Good” programme that uses its industrial software to address global challenges such as clean energy, water resilience, air quality, biodiversity and responsible technology. The Manager, Tech for Good Partnerships & Employee Activation will design, deliver and oversee this programme, ensuring alignment across initiatives, stakeholders and impact measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and cultivate relationships with nonprofits and foundations that can benefit from AVEVA software and employee expertise.
• Develop and maintain a strategic partnership portfolio, overseeing investments in software licences, volunteer time and other resources.
• Conduct needs assessments and design customised in‑kind software donation models aligned with AVEVA’s giving focus.
• Coordinate with product, implementation and services teams to onboard NGOs, provide training and support successful deployments.
• Design and launch signature employee volunteer programmes, matching employee skills with partner needs and tracking participation.
• Maintain programme governance, reporting on milestones, success metrics and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience, including coordination of multiple workstreams and timely delivery of programme pillars.
• Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with nonprofit leaders and align partnership models with strategic priorities.
• Experience designing and managing large‑scale volunteer engagement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder alignment and impact‑measurement capabilities.
